I stayed over there in a maple room for 4 nights .The ambience of the hotel was found to be very good. The managing staff as well as the other staff members are very polite and cordial.The food is good.As far as the location is concerned, it's just at the Gariahat Crossing, which is a very famous area in greater Kolkata. As far as cleanliness is concerned, it's properly taken care of every now and then what I found and the rooms have a very specious and hygienic atmosphere. I would love to be there whenever I go to Kolkata and highly recommended.

The hotel is well designed, well constructed, well maintained and well kept clean. The staff is very professional, very friendly and very polite. Breakfast is delicious, big variety. We had to leave to airport early. They even opened dining room earlier for us. Definitely it worth to come here. The price is very competitive.

The food was also good, Manager Sanjoy Kundu ji just amazing staff, The hotel is super clean and nice. It makes you feel comfortable straight after entering the main door. Hotel is equipped with almost everything you might need. Overall it was a good experience for the price I paid. I highly recommend this Hotel for your stay.

The rooms were impeccable and amazingly nice, neat, and clean. Housekeeping was attentive and superb, did a fabulous job. I loved their attention to detail and it was a great experience. Excellent service and attitude towards my family and friends. Very well-spoken, humble, helpful, and I loved happy while helping us. this place! In conclusion: OUTSTANDING!
